Accommodation

During your time in Perth, you'll have a range of comfortable accommodation options to choose from. Here, we present the three types of accommodations available for the study program.
For shared room accommodations, we offer same-sex room arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay. Please be aware that all accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking. We highly recommend booking early to secure your preferred choice.

On-campus

The University of Western Australia provides several accommodation options for students. The colleges are conveniently located and are just a short distance from the UWA campus and Perth CBD. • Single room (includes linen)• Shared communal amenities • Wi-Fi availability• Housekeeping provision subject to duration of stay• Breakfast and dinner It is important to note that on-campus accommodation is only available during the semester break in January/February. For specific dates of the semester break please visit the UWA website. There is an age requirement of 18 or above. On-campus accommodation is subject to availibility.

Off-campus

Off-campus student accommodation options include hotels, short-term housing, and more. Hotel • Twin-share room (includes linen)• Wi-Fi availability• Housekeeping provision subject to duration of stay• Usually only breakfast is provided Short-term accommodation • 2-4 people shared room or multiple rooms shared apartment (includes linen)• Shared communal amenities • Wi-Fi availability• Housekeeping provision subject to duration of stay• No meal arrangement Off-campus accommodation is mostly situated in the city, offering easy access to many cafes, restaurants, and bars to suit varied tastes and budgets.
It is important to note that meal arrangements at off-campus accommodations vary and are subject to availability. Additionally, availability of locations close to campus depends on the time of booking. Students under 18 years, need to have guidance from an adult.

Homestay

Located all across Perth, but usually within an hour of UWA, students can be welcomed by a host that has been matched with them based on interests. Perth is a multicultural city, representing more than two hundred nationalities. Please notice the cultural differences and be open-minded.
