Study tour

We understand the importance of a well-structured study tour. We aim to give you the best experiences, allowing you to fully enjoy your study tour. Find here all the information you need about micro-credentials, activities, accomodation, transport, meals and visas.
Micro-credentials
Participants who successfully complete the courses will earn Professional Development Points (PD Points). PD Point is a value assigned by the University to reflect the workload of a student undertaking micro-credentials. Each PD Point is equivalent to 25 hours of workload including contact hours, personal study, and assessment/examinations. Particiapnts may be able to use these PD Points to apply for one of the UWA’s award courses.

Activities
There are numerous activities to enjoy in Perth and its surroundings. Uni Link offers half-day or full-day tours for exploration. If you have any specific preferences, we're here to assist you in planning your desired activities.

Accommodation
According to each group’s needs, Uni Link can assist with arranging on-campus / off-campus / homestay accommodation.
Please note that accommodation is subject to availability. Early booking is highly recommended.

Transport
Uni Link can provide group airport pick-ups and drop-offs for group participants. For individual participants, airport pick-ups and drop-offs can also be arranged by Uni Link upon request. Kindly note extra fees may apply. On arrival particiapnts receive a SmartRider card with credit, which they can use to travel by public transport. Uni Link provide transportation for booked activities located outside of Perth.
Meals
Uni Link can assist with meals (breakfast and dinner) arrangement, but is subject to the providers. On-campus: breakfast and dinner Off-campus: varies Homestay: breakfast and dinner
